Speed Governors

A Speed Governor or Speed Limitation Device (SLD) is a micro-controller based electronic unit, which constantly monitors the speed of a vehicle and maintains it within the preset limit.
Its function is to reduce road accidents.

The device offers a variety of benefits to the vehicle owners, drivers and passengers, such as 100% assurance of their security from any hump or accident caused by over speed driving. Speed Governor consists of three basic components:

• Electronic Control Unit (ECU): The Brain of SG regulates the fuel flow to engine by controlling the Solenoid valve.
• Fuel Control Valve / Actuator: Regulates the fuel flow to the engine based on the vehicle speed.
• Speed Sensor: Fitted on the Vehicle Gearbox. Measures the Vehicle speed and transmits to the ECU.

Operation

The brain of the Speed Limiter is an Electronics Control unit that receives impulses from a speed sensor and activates a solenoid to restrict fuel when the speed Limit is touched.

Easy Installation

THe device is designed for a smooth and simple fit, as opposed the other designs based on accelerator control which take more than an hour.

Car security system using Global Positioning System (G.P.S)

A GPS is an electronic device, normally is carried by a moving vehicle or person, that uses the Global Positioning System to determine and track its precise location, and hence that of its carrier, at intervals.
The recorded location data can be stored within the tracking unit/device, or it may be transmitted to a central location database, or Internet-connected computer, using a cellular (GPRS or SMS), radio, or satellite modem embedded in the unit/device.
This allows the asset's location to be displayed against a map backdrop either in real time or when analyzing the track later, using GPS tracking software.
Data tracking software is available for smart phones with GPS capability.
